Herbal consultations are not meant to replace medical care, but rather allow you the opportunity to share your health journey with me, so we can come up with a sustainable protocol for your purposes.

After the consultation is paid, and an appointment is created, you will receive a Consent + Disclosure Form, as well as a Health Questionnaire. Please be as detailed as possible, so that we can maximize your support.

These consultations are educational, and are not intended to treat disease, but to support your health, and restore your connection to your body.

Each consultation will provide information for the creation of a unique herbal protocol with a recommended tea, tincture, nutritional/lifestyle changes, and, if needed, a topical herbal formula.

I will create and/or recommend an initial herbal formula created which will focus on health history and health patterns. During the consultation mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical patterns will be considered when formulating a personalized herbal blend.

Reiki Distance Healing

What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality created by Usui Sensei.

The Reiki experience is unique to every individual. Many people describe a warm sensation flowing throughout their bodies, leaving them feeling relaxed and calm. It is common to fall asleep during sessions or to experience a state of deep meditation.

Distance Reiki healing is beneficial if you cannot attend in person or when you and your practitioner are in different locations. People are often busy, under the weather, or needing Reiki immediately. In these cases, Reiki can be sent across distances from the practitioner to the client. Your practitioner will focus on a photograph of you and will utilize sacred Reiki symbols which connect energy from the practitioner to the client.
